The extension to Anne Street is an example of what happens when a great client and great contractor come together!

Anne Street was built in 1820-1822. Paul McNally Ecological Architecture RIAI were commissioned to make a rear garden extension which would compliment this protected structure, replacing a poorly built add on. The objectives were;

  • new structure to provide a garden orientated room
  • ground floor shower and w.c.
  • improve the energy performance of the dwelling. The new extension discreetly provided solar panels and a modern efficient heating system for the entire house.
